About me

Hi, I’m Monica — a longtime fitness professional, Marathon Enthusiast, travel lover, and the creator of a transformation program designed specifically for women over 40.

For two decades, I’ve worked as a trainer and performance coach, helping women build strength, confidence, and bodies they feel proud of — without extremes or burnout. Over the years, that work expanded beyond the gym as I began traveling the world, experiencing different cultures, lifestyles, and perspectives that reshaped how I view health, balance, and what it really means to feel good in your body.


My journey hasn’t been linear. After a Hashimoto’s diagnosis, I experienced firsthand how fluctuating weight, low energy, and hormonal shifts can make doing “all the right things” feel frustrating and defeating. That chapter changed how I coach — and who I coach — forever.

Now, I combine those two worlds — fitness and travel, discipline and joy — into a transformation program built for women who want to feel strong, energized, and confident in this season of life. My approach isn’t about perfection or starting over. It’s about working with your body, your hormones, and your lifestyle to create results that actually last.

This is about becoming your strongest, most confident self — at home, in the gym, and wherever life takes you next.
